We’re looking to create a Technical support team to communicate with our users
What You’ll Do
• Understand and Advocate for Users: Monitor user communications & support requests
• Guide the Implementation: Work closely with the team to define priorities, document solutions
• User Onboarding: Create lasting good impressions in our users
• Document Everything: Create documentation for processes, workflows, and product updates
• Write and Communicate: Develop content that communicates our vision
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with developers, designers, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in customer support or account management
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with user research methods (interviews, surveys, etc.) and a user-first mindset
• Ability to manage priorities
