What You’ll Do

• Understand and Advocate for Users: Conduct user research and interviews

• Guide the Roadmap: Work closely with the team to define priorities, document clear product goals, and align features with our mission

• Document Everything: Create documentation for processes, workflows, and product updates

• Write and Communicate: Develop content that communicates our vision

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with developers, designers, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in product management or content strategy

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Familiarity with user research methods (interviews, surveys, etc.) and a user-first mindset

• Ability to manage priorities
