We’re looking for a Community Program Manager to lead our efforts in organizing impactful events, fostering participation, and amplifying voices across our platforms

What You’ll Do

Plan Signature Events: Organize a major summit in NYC during the summer and coordinate smaller events throughout the year to connect our community

Foster a Thriving Community: Cultivate relationships with leaders, volunteers, and seasonal talent, including photographers, videographers, and storytellers

Incentivize Participation: Encourage content creation (blogs, videos, social media) by community members through creative campaigns and recognition programs

Manage Platforms: Oversee our YouTube channel, blog, and social media, ensuring consistent and impactful content that highlights community achievements

Coordinate Seasonal Teams: Recruit and manage a network of contractors and volunteers to support events and content creation

Drive Engagement: Develop innovative ways to keep our community connected year-round, from virtual gatherings to collaborative initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in community management, event planning, or program coordination

• Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to juggle multiple projects and inspire collaboration

• A creative mindset for engaging and incentivizing volunteers and participants

• Passion for community-building and creating opportunities for diverse voices to shine.
